Today, CoDeSys, the programming system of the CoDeSys Automation Alliance, is the widest-spread manufacturer independent IEC 61131-3 programming suite on the European market. Over 200 OEMs and thousands of end users around the world rely on CoDeSys for their daily work.
In 2000 3S-Smart Software Solutions founded the CoDeSys Automation Alliance in order to meet the ever growing demand of end users in the automation industry for one software solution which fulfill all their demands and is manufacturer-spanning.
With around 90 members, the CoDeSys Automation Alliance now offers a vast pool of devices with guaranteed interoperability on application level.
In order to continually support and further the process of standardization of PLC programming according to IEC 61131-3 and live up to their slogan, 3S-Smart Software Solutions and the CoDeSys Automation Alliance have initiated a series of activities. |

CoDeSys Automation Alliance Technical Workgroup: The Workshops of the CoDeSys Automation Alliance Technical Workgroup take place on a regular basis in Kempten. Main aim of these workshops is to further the standardization of devices programmable with CoDeSys. All members of the CoDeSys Automation Alliance are welcome to participate.
CoDeSys Forum : The CoDeSys Forum is a discussion forum which is regularly updated and administered by 3S-Smart Software Solutions. It is designed for all customers, CoDeSys users and other interested persons. The forum is available in German, English, Spanish and Russian language.
The German forum contains a special CoDeSys Automation Alliance section with information on the CoDeSys Engineering Workshops. Beside the dates of the workshops planned for the current year, this CAA section also contains the agenda of the upcoming workshop.
Certification of CoDeSys Automation Alliance conformal devices : The members of the CoDeSys Automation Alliance can have their intelligent Alliance devices certified by 3S-Smart Software Solutions. |
